NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR TOWN OF LEBANON 
This a public hearing for  both Local Law No A-2026 and Local Law NO B -2026 for " A Local Law increasing the term of Office  of the Town Clerk from two years to four years  & A Local Law  increasing the term of office of the Highway Superintendent  from two years to four years 
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law and Town Law, there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Lebanon, NY at a  regular meeting thereof held on May11,2026 , proposed Local Law NoA-2026 , titled " A Local Law increasing the term of Office of the Town Clerk from two (2) Years to four (4) years" said Local Law, if enacted, will increase the term of office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Lebanon from Two(2) Years to four (4) Years.  Also " A Local Law increasing the term of office for the Highway Superintendent from two (2) Years to four (4)Years said Local Law, if enacted , will increase the term of office of the Highway Superintendent of the Town of Lebanon from Two (2) Years to four(4) Years.  The full text of said Local Law is on file at the Town Clerk's Office at the Town Office's located at 1210 Bradley Brook Rd , Earlville (Town of Lebanon ) for inspection by all interested persons. NOTICE is Further Given that the Town Board declared itself Lead Agency determined that this proposed Local Law is an unlisted action pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act  and issued negative declaration at this time. 
BNOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN  that the Town Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Local Law  at the Town Offices  located at 1210 Bradley Brook Rd, Earlville, Town of Lebanon NY on June 8, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard at which time all persons interested will be heard .
